The measurement of IT-based services productivity is at the heart of the ProdIT research project, which is patronized by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The research project is carried out in a combined effort by the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW), the University of Mannheim and Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC).
