Secular Stagnation or Coming Boom

As the effects of the financial crises linger, the notion of secular stagnation has entered the noosphere. In this presentation, Prof. Eric Bartelsman will discuss the various versions of the story of secular stagnation and contrast them with a narrative of renewed and sustainable growth driven by ICT. Next, he will present micro, sectoral and macro data that may distinguish our current trajectory.
