It is the aim of this project to erect a conceptual framework for the contacting business of the MVV Energy Group. This includes, on the one hand, recommendations on how to integrate the contacting activities within the corporate structure. On the other hand, the research findings will work as scaffold to decision-making concerned with specific projects such that it will be possible, drawing from a set of available criteria (market segment, investment volume, risks, cost-cutting potentials, etc.),to determine first-best contracting terms suitable to a respective case.
