Economic Evaluation of Selected Climate Mitigation Measures on the Federal State Level

The project focuses on the question as to how selected regional measures for climate mitigation (i.e. induced by the federal state of Baden-Württemberg) affect macroeconomic indicators, such as gross domestic product or net employment. To quantify these effects a static Input-Output-Model is used for the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. This model captures direct and indirect effects on production and employment as well as negative displacement effects in the range of fossil fuels and income and budget effects.
