Dr. Peter Wood Visiting Researcher at ZEW

Dr. Peter Wood was visiting researcher at ZEW's Research Department "Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Management" from June 30 to July 22, 2013. He is a Research Fellow at the Climate Change Institute of the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra and works at the Australian Department of Industry, Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education. He is researching several mathematical problems related to climate change mitigation policy. Other mathematical interests include wavelet theory, operator algebras, and computational topology. During his stay, Peter Wood was working with ZEW researchers on price vs. quantity regulation in international environmental policy.
