Sixth ReCapNet Conference on Real Estate Markets and Capital Markets (October 24-25, 2014)

The Leibniz Network “Real Estate Markets and Capital Markets” (ReCapNet) holds its sixth annual conference at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim on October 24 and 25, 2014. The focus of the event is on the growing capital-market orientation of real-estate investors and on the increasing use of indirect real-estate investment vehicles (e.g., REITs) in real estate and capital markets, amongst others in Asia. The ReCapNet Conference provides a platform for discussion among academic researchers and practitioners from real-estate finance and investment. The network offers a limited number of seats for interested non-presenting participants. Online registration is only possible until September 30, 2014. The conference fee is EUR 150 for academic participants and EUR 250 for non-academic participants. It covers conference materials, coffee, lunches, and the conference dinner on October 24.
