Dr. Toke Aidt Visiting Researcher at ZEW

Dr. Toke Aidt will be a visiting researcher at ZEW’s Research Department “Corporate Taxation and Public Finance“ from September 2 to 5, 2014. He is Senior Lecturer at the University of Cambridge in England. Furthermore he is co-editor of the “European Journal of Political Economy” and serves on the editorial board of “Public Choice”, “Constitutional Political Economy”, and “Resource and Energy Economics”. His main field of research is political economics. During his stay at ZEW, he will work on a joint paper on clientelism in developing countries and will hold a ZEW Research Seminar entitled “Democratisation Under the Threat of Revolution: Evidence from the Great Reform Act of 1832” on September 4, 2014.
