Martin Schmalz, PhD, Visiting Researcher at ZEW

Martin Schmalz, PhD, was a visiting researcher in ZEW's Research Department “International Finance and Financial Market" from March 7 to 9, 2016. He is Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Michigan’s M. Ross School of Business. His research interests include topics in industrial organization, corporate finance, behavioural finance, asset pricing, and financial economics. During his stay at ZEW, Martin Schmalz held a lecture on ultimate ownership and bank competition as part of the ZEW Research Seminar series.
