Professor Dr. Ralf Wilke graduated at Bonn University (Diplom-Volkswirt). After receiving his Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondis (DEA) in Economic Theory and Econometrics from the University of Touluse I, he became PhD scholar of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft at Dortmund University (Dr. rer. pol.). After obtaining his PhD, he worked at ZEW as Researcher from 2002 until 2006 before moving to the University of Leicester and the University of Nottingham, where he was a Lecturer and later an Associate Professor. From 2011 to 2014, he held a Readership in Microeconometrics at the University of York, UK. Since 2014, he has been Professor in Applied Econometrics, Microeconometrics at the Copenhagen Business School.
Professor Dr. Ralf Wilke is research associate at ZEW. He works in close cooperation with the research unit “Labour Markets and Social Insurance”.
