Allocation for industrial plants within the EU-ETS after 2020, analysis and further development of direct and indirect carbon leakage regulation

Within this project, we provide scientific support for the German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt), the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA) and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) concerning the analysis and further development of the European Emissions Trading Scheme (EU-ETS) after 2020. Particular emphasis will be put on regulations to prevent direct and indirect carbon leakage.
