Expanding the EFI Indicator System: Public Funding

The project aims to expand the indicator system used by the Commission of Experts on Research and Innovation (EFI) to monitor trends in research and innovation towards indicators on public funding. On the one hand, indicators on public sources of funding, recepients and type of funding are collected using various official statistics. On the other hand, trends in administration and thematic priorities of public research and innovation funding are analysed by collecting data on funding schemes over the past 20 years.
