China Economic Panel

Period: 01.01.2013 – 31.03.2021

From 2013 to 2021 the Centre of European Economic Research (ZEW) and one of China’s leading universities, the Fudan University in Shanghai, conducted a monthly survey on the Chinese Economy. This “China Economic Panel” (CEP) gathered data on the current situation of the economy and financial markets and on their expected development on a six-month horizon. Participants of the CEP were international experts on China currently active in the financial, research and economics departments of banks, insurers, investment companies and the industry.
