Purpose of this project is to link the firm-level data of the ZEW ICT-survey with the employee data of the Institute for Labour Market and Employment Research and thus to generate a linked employer-employee dataset that includes detailed information about the use of digital technologies, different forms of working in companies as well as information about employee characteristics. The dataset is meant to ensure an improvement to the understanding of chances and challenges of the technology driven flexibilisation of the German labour market with regard to economic success criteria at both, business and employment level.
