Pilot study for the evaluation of youth programmes within Social Code II and Social Code III
Labour market programmes for promotion of young people below 25 years within Social Code II and Social Code III have up to now only been evaluated partially, non-systematically or by surveying the programmes. Within this pilot study, in a first step the state of current research is to be covered and evaluated, and research gaps and therewith need for further research shall be identified. On this basis, a research design proposal shall be set up. This pilot study shall cover labour market programmes for young people (below 25 years – U 25) at crossing from school to vocational training (1st threshold) and from vocational training to the labour market (2nd threshold). Additionally, an analysis and description of methodological instruments shall be conducted. Finally, suggestions for a research design with regards to content, methodological and data issues for a potential holistic evaluation are to be developed.
