Support schemes for venture capital and innovation finance in the context of capital markets - an international overview

The objective of this study is a comparison of German support programs for venture capital with support programs in the following countries: USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, and Japan. This comparison is to be drawn within the framework of the respective characteristics in these countries’ capital markets, since these characteristics are of particular importance in venture capital financing.
