The ZEW/gif office market forecast is a semi-annual survey which has been conducted since the middle of 2010. Real estate companies are asked for their forecast about vacancy rates, prime rents and prime yields at the five leading office markets in Germany. Each forecast refers to the current and the upcoming year. Therefore, the ZEW/gif office market forecast periodically provides a market wide overview about the expected development of the office market by the leading market participants.
