Exchange of Views Between ZEW and Minister of Finance and Economics Dr. Nils Schmid

On April 23, 2012, ZEW President Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang Franz and Minister of Finance and Economics of the State of Baden-Württemberg Dr. Nils Schmid met in Stuttgart to discuss current economic policy developments.

Apart from economic policy, their talks focused on the economic research conducted at ZEW. Thomas Kohl, ZEW Director of Business and Administration, joined this part of the discussion. Due to its excellent research work, ZEW has developed into one of Germany’s most prestigious economic research institutes since its foundation in 1990 and enjoys a strong reputation throughout Europe.
