Professor Wolfgang Sofka was a visiting researcher in ZEW’s Research Department “Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics” from 15 to 17 January 2018. He is Professor in Strategic and International Management at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
His research interests focus on innovation, knowledge search and knowledge protection. During his stay, he investigated the effects of delegating responsibilities to members of staff in startups on their innovation success.
