Bachelor and Master at Work – A Survey among HR Executives

Since 2010, only students are admitted to engineering in Germany who finish their studies with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. In this project, we cooperate with VDI nachrichten (weekly newspaper of the Association of German Engineers), and we aim to investigate the level of acceptance of the new graded degrees in companies. By means of an online survey among 7,000 HR executives, information on the assessment of and experiences with Bachelor and Master graduates is supposed to be gathered.
