Kerstin Heres works in ZEW’s Service Unit “International Affairs and Public Relations”. Her main activities are the distribution of ZEW publications, address administration and the provision of information material for internal and external events.
She also works in the special library. Her main tasks there include the acquisition of media as well as user administration.
