Linus Strecke

Linus Strecke joined ZEW’s Research Unit “Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics” in May 2023 as a member of the Junior Research Group “Co-Creation” and is a doctoral candidate at TU Berlin. He completed a German-French double bachelor’s degree at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Université Paris Nanterre, as well as a master's degree in international economics and public policy at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. In his master’s thesis, he investigated the effects of public procurement on product innovations from a firm perspective. Beyond this, his research interests include the empirical study of social innovation, knowledge transfer, and the relationship between innovation and inequality.
